ELAT Strategic Plan
In December 2021, the ELAT Trust Board published the Trust’s Strategic Plan which outlines our aims and objectives for the next 3 years.
Our strategic aims reflect our vision and values and demonstrate the high ambitions we have for our pupils and staff in striving to be the best they can be.
We have identified 4 areas of priority and further information about how we plan to achieve these can be found in our strategic plan.
