Who are we?
We are a group of schools with a wealth of early years and primary expertise dedicated to improving the life chances of all children to make a more equitable society.
What do we believe?
We have a strong moral purpose and believe that every child deserves the best from us. We believe we have a duty to use our professional skills and knowledge to help the children overcome any barriers so they can be opened to a world of choice and opportunity. Ultimately, we must be able to confidently state that no child in any of our schools would get a better education elsewhere.
We believe that schools need to retain their own individuality to best serve the communities around them and we value the diversity that this brings to the Trust. However, we also know that we are stronger together and therefore building relationships are at the heart of our work with children and adults.
What do we do?
We have a coaching culture across our schools that: creates trust and openness; encourages risk taking and innovation; and this allows staff to have ownership of their professional growth and development. We share our strengths and use our collective resources to get the best outcomes for our children.
We recognise the importance of contributing to the wider education landscape and our staff have strong relationships with a range of partners including: SWIFT, the Local Authority, MATs and maintained schools.
We find it rewarding to work in both formal and informal partnerships with other schools, settings and organisations and recognise the positive difference this can make to children’s lives.
